Reel 2 Real - I Like to Move it

Buongiorno amici! Questa mattina torniamo come di consueto alla grande musica degli anni 90, e stavolta non ci sono scuse per non muovere la testa, i piedi o qualsiasi altra cosa vogliate, perché il brano di oggi é stato, ed è ancora, una vera BOMBA esplosa nel 1994 nel mondo della musica Dance! I protagonisti della Sveglia Dance di oggi sono infatti i Reel 2 Real con la loro I Like to Move It!!
Questo progetto musicale, dietro al quale si celava il DJ e Produttore di origini Colombiane Erick Morillo, un artista dall'esperienza smisurata e ancora oggi tra i migliori produttori House mondiali, fu come dicevo prima una vera bomba, soprattutto nelle piste delle discoteche, conquistando prima la piazza UK per poi conquistare un buon successo in tutta Europa, con la sua originale ricetta di musica House unita a vocalità "Ragga" affidate all'ottimo cantante Mark Quashie, in arte The Mad Stuntman!

Il brano, che sicuramente spicca per originalità ed energia, è stato ripreso e rielaborato numerose volte nel corso degli anni, ed è anche stato utilizzato come colonna sonora di film, come ad es.in Madagascar, dove faceva ballare come pazzi la tribù di Re Julian (Mi piace se ti muovi) e i suoi lemuri... Good morning friends! This morning we return as usual to the great music of the 90's, and this time there are no excuses for not moving your head, feet or whatever you want, because today's song has been, and still is, a real BOMB exploded in 1994 in the world of Dance music! Starring today's Dance Wakeup are in fact Reel 2 Real with their I Like to Move It !!

This musical project, behind which lurked the DJ and Producer of Colombian origin Erick Morillo, an artist of huge experience still today within world's best House producers, was, as I told before, a real bomb, especially on the nightclub's dancefloors, gaining first the UK square and then a good success all over Europe, with its original recipe made of House music combined with the "Ragga" vocals entrusted to the excellent singer Mark Quashie, in art The Mad Stuntman!

The song, which surely stands out for its originality and energy, has been reprised and reworked several times over the years, and has also been used as a soundtrack for films, such as e.g. Madagascar, where it made dance as crazy the whole tribe of King Julian and his lemurs ...
