Buongiorno amici! Il brano che vi propongo oggi sono andato a ripescarlo davvero MOLTO indietro nel tempo... é stato infatti un successo Hip-House dell'anno 1989, ma il suo sound positivo e la sua allegria sono sempre validissimi per cominciare bene la giornata, o almeno me lo auguro... Per la Sveglia Dance di oggi vi propongo quindi Street Tuff dei Double Trouble ft. Rebel MC!
A parte i miei lettori più giovani, sono sicuro che molti di voi ricorderanno questo pezzo scattante e pieno di energia, seconda hit dei Double Trouble, una formazione musicale Inglese creata a metà degli anni 80 dal DJ Karl Brown e dai suoi compagni Michael Menson e Leigh Guest, che ottenne un buon successo a cavallo tra gli 80 e i 90 collaborando con Rebel MC (il cui vero nome è Michael West), un'artista straordinario che ebbe poi una lunga carriera solista come musicista Jungle, Hip-Hop e Reggae. Questo secondo singolo arrivò infatti sino al terzo posto nella UK Chart in quell'anno ed è sicuramente da ricordare come loro più grande successo.. Ora spero che lo ricordiate anche voi ma se non lo ricordate ascoltatelo lo stesso: nonostante il suo sound risenta dei tanti anni passati, la sua carica originale rimane sempre intatta e spero possa regalarvi un frizzante inizio di giornata! The song that I'm proposing to you today I went VERY back in the time to get it back, as it it was a Hip-House hit of 1989, but its positive sound and cheerfulness are always very valid to start your day still today, or at least I hope it ... So today's Dance Wakeup song is Street Tuff by Double Trouble ft. Rebel MC! Apart from my younger readers, I'm sure many of you will remember this easy-listening and energetic song, that was the second hit of Double Trouble, an English musical group created in the mid 80's by DJ Karl Brown and his comrades Michael Menson and Leigh Guest, who obtained a good success across the end of 80s and early  90s working with Rebel MC (whose real name is Michael West), extraordinary artist who later had a long solo career as a Jungle, Hip-Hop and Reggae musician. This second single got it up to third place in the UK charts in that year and it is definitely to remember as their biggest success.. Now I hope you remember it too but if you don't i reccomend to listen to it the same way: despite its sound affected by the so many years passed, its original charge remains always intact and I hope will give you a "sparkling" start to the day!
