Axwell & Ingrosso - More Than You Know

Buongiorno a tutti!

Proseguiamo questa settimana di Sveglia Dance, come promesso, all'insegna della musica energetica e positiva, e se ieri ci eravamo soffermati sulle sonorità morbide della Tropical House di Tobtok, oggi saliamo (ma solo leggermente) con la "gradazione", spostandoci verso il sound più elettronico e da "festival" di due grandi nomi della musica EDM... Loro sono Axwell & Ingrosso e oggi ci ascoltiamo il loro grande successo dell'estate 2017 More Than You Know!



Dal 2014, anno di nascita della nuova collaborazione tra questi due talentuosi DJs e Produttori Svedesi (ex membri dei mitici Swedish House Mafia), Axwell & Ingrosso non ci hanno mai fatto mancare ogni anno la loro musica energetica, e quest'anno mi sembra che abbiano veramente fatto centro con il loro nuovo EP More Than You Know, da cui è stato estratto come secondo singolo, l'omonimo brano che vi propongo oggi.

Brano un pò piú lento rispetto alle loro classiche produzioni, ricalcando un pò lo stile Chainsmokers, si posiziona musicalmente a metà tra il Pop e l'EDM "da festival", con una parte vocale e testuale molto importante che da struttura al brano, affidata (anche se non si tratta di un "official featuring") al bravo cantautore Svedese Kristoffer Fogelmark.

Uscito a Maggio 2017, si è piazzato molto bene in tutte le classifiche di settore europee, toccando anche il vertice in madrepatria, e raccogliendo ad oggi un disco d'oro e 3 di Platino, di cui uno in Italia, a conferma dell'apprezzamento che la loro musica trova da sempre nel nostro paese.

Credo quindi che More Than You Know sia un buon brano per cominciare questa nuova giornata con la giusta carica... Voi che ne dite? 😊

Good morning my friends!

Let's continue this week of Dance Wakeup, as promised, with some energetic and positive music, and if we had been listening to the soft sounds of Tobtok's Tropical House yesterday, we now go (but only slightly) higher on "gradation", moving to the more electronic and "festival" sound of two big names of EDM music ... They are Axwell & Ingrosso and today we are listening to their great summer 2017 hit More Than You Know!

Since 2014, with the birth of the new collaboration between these two talented Swedish DJs and Producers (former members of the legendary Swedish House Mafia), Axwell & Ingrosso have never missed to bring us their energy music every year, and this year I think that they really hit the target in a unequalled way with their new EP More Than You Know, from which was extracted as second single, the self-titled song I propose you today.

Track a bit slower than their classic productions, catching a little of  Chainsmokers' style, is positioned midway between Pop and "festival" EDM, with a very important vocal and textual part, who gives a solid structure to the song, entrusted (although this is not a "official featuring") to the good Swedish singer and songwriter Kristoffer Fogelmark.

Released in May 2017, it placed very well in all European charts, touching also the summit on home country, and collecting to date a gold and 3 platinum records, of which one in Italy, confirming the appreciation that their music has always got in our country.

So I think that More Than You Know is a good song to start this new day with the right charge ... What do you think?
