Michael Woods feat. Lauren Dyson - In Your Arms

Buongiorno a tutti! Chiudiamo questa settimana di Sveglia Dance in cui ho cercato di rendere protagonista la musica dal sapore estivo (e ce ne sarebbe ancora tantissima da ascoltare), approdando ad un sound più recente ed energetico con un'artista di cui credo di non aver mai parlato su queste pagine ma a cui devo, assieme ad alcuni altri, il mio "innamoramento" per la musica EDM attuale! 😜

Lui è il Britannico Michael Woods e oggi ci ascoltiamo, dal 2014, la sua In Your Arms!

Michael Woods forse non rientra tra i "grandi nomi" dell'EDM internazionale, e per "grandi nomi" intendo quelli famosissimi, che tutti conoscono e che attirano le grandi masse in serate e concerti (magari poi sacrificando la qualità della loro musica a vantaggio del botteghino), ma in realtà, pur rimanendo leggermente dietro alle quinte per il grande pubblico, é un DJ, Produttore musicale e Remixer di eccezione, con una carriera musicale sempre molto attiva che negli anni che l'ha portato a collaborare con molti Big dell'industria musicale, e dico Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez e Rihanna solo per citarne qualcuno.

E' anche proprietario di una etichetta musicale (la Diffused Music) e cura personalmente un seguitissimo podcast settimanale dedicato alla musica Progressive, Techno ed Electro House... Insomma è un instancabile e ottimo professionista del mondo musicale!

Oggi ascoltiamo quindi In Your Arms, una sua personale produzione del 2014, molto molto bella ed azzeccata  per energia e sonorità ma senza trascurare la parte vocale affidata alla giovane cantante Londinese Lauren Dyson... Direi che è un brano molto adatto a far saltare la gente ad un Festival di musica EDM, e quindi spero possa dare la carica anche a voi per tutto questo weekend!

Good morning friends! Let's close this Dance Wakeup week, where I've tried to make as starring some summery music (and there would be still plenty to listen to), coming to a more recent and energetic sound with an artist who I think I never talked about on these pages before, but that was responsible some years ago, together with some others, for my "fall in love" for the current EDM music! 😜

He is the British Michael Woods and today we listen to his 2014 Hit named In Your Arms!

Michael Woods may not be among the "big names" of the international EDM scene, and for "big names" I mean the most famous ones, those who are universally known and attract large crowds at their shows or concerts (maybe sometimes sacrificing the quality of their music to increase their business) but in reality, while remaining slightly behind the scenes for the general public, he is a very good DJ, Music producer and exceptional remixer, with a very active music career that in the years led him to collaborate with many Bigs of the music industry, and I say Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna just to name a few.

He also owns a musical label (Diffused Music) and personally cares for a weekly podcast dedicated to Progressive, Techno and Electro House music ... In short he is a tireless and excellent professional of the music industry!

Nowadays, we are listen to In Your Arms, his own production of 2014, very good both in sound and energy without neglecting the vocal part entrusted to the young British singer  Lauren Dyson... I would say it's a song very suitable to blow up people at an EDM Music Festival, so I hope it will be able to blow up you too and give you a great charge for this incomig weekend!
